INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 1 sliced Onion
- 3 slitted Green chillies
- 1 1/2 cup chopped mixed Vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Peas, Corn)
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 2 Cardamom(Elaichi)
- 2 Cloves (Lavang/Laung)
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ghee
- Pinch of cinnamon powder.
- Powdered garlic
- Powdered ginger

PROCEDURES
- Wash and soak rice for one hour.
- Grind the ingredients with little water to a fine paste.
- Heat oil in the cooker.
- Add cardamom, cloves and bay leaf
- Also add the onions and fry till they turn transparent.
- Add the grinded paste and saute well.
- Add the vegetables and fry for sometime.
- Drain water from the rice and add to the vegetables and mix
- Add coconut milk and let it cook
- Add salt and when it comes to boil close the lid of the cooker and cook for few
- Put cooker down and add ghee with proper mixing.
