- Water yam
- Chopped Onions
- Chopped fresh pepper(RODO)
- Salt
- Seasoning cube
PROCEDURES
- Cut your water yam into small chunks for grating.
- Peel water yam, rinse and grate into a bowl.
- Chop fresh pepper (ata rodo) chop red onions into the smallest size.ie as tiny as possible.
- Add chopped pepper, onions, knoorr and salt to the graited water yam with proper mixing.
- Heat a pan of oil, if you have a deep fryer this is good too. (Oil should be very hot)
- Start adding lumps of water yam to the hot oil.(This can be added using a spoon)
- Wait till its golden, then flip the ball of water yam.
- Drain the oil and serve your nourishing OJOJO!!! IN NO TIME.
