AMPERSAND COCKTAIL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3.0cl gin
  • 1 part cognac
  • 1 part sweet vermouth
  • Lemon peel twist

PROCEDURES 

  • We are going to Place all of the ingredients, except for the lemon peel twist, into a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice.
  • Stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Garnish the drink with the lemon peel twist and serve immediately.
