INGREDIENTS
- Beef stock powder
- Paprika powder (10ml)
- Brown sugar (15ml)
- Crushed chilli flakes (30ml)
- Chicken pieces (1kg)
- 30ml of tomato paste
- 10ml of vinegar
PROCEDURES
- Mix the beef stock powder, paprika powder, brown sugar, crushed chilli, tomato paste
- Now, we have to add chilli in a bowl to make a paste
- Rub the paste onto and into the chicken.
- Place on a large sheet of tin foil
- Close and twist to seal and bake at 180 degrees for 55 minutes
- Finally, our bbq chicken is ready.
