How to boost fertility and reduce risk of having aneamia using ||macuna pruriens

Patients with low blood levels may no longer have need for blood transfusion and taking of blood capsules or tonics. Also, women that are looking for the womb need not despair. Even men who needs to boost testosterone levels aren't left out. Basically because of this plant "velvet beans(macuna pruriens ) ". It's a plant that would help boost fertility and improve blood levels.
In recent years,  researchers have demonstrated that the raw and heated extract of velvet beans leaf(macuna pruriens) could be used in the synthesis of blood when consumed because of its high protein and haemoglobin boosting properties
The researchers have also shown that macuna pruriens enhances fertility by producing a dose dependent increase in follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone which in turn increased the number of eggs released at ovulation possibly through its rich source of L-dopa and its metabolite, dopamine.    Phytochemical screening of the plant revealed that it contains alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins saponins, cardiac glycosides, anthraquinones and carbohydrate. It was confirmed that the raw and heated extract of macuna pruriens increases the haemoglobin level in the body when consumed, which is responsible for the respiratory pigment in the red blood corpuscles.

Haemoglobin, is composed of an iron containing substance called haem. The significant increases in the pcv and hb levels of the heated and raw extracts showed that the extracts could be used as an anti-anaemic drugs in the treatment of anaemia.
Anaemia is a condition where there is a lower than normal number of red blood cells in the blood, usually measured as a decrease in the amount of haemoglobin. Haemoglobin is the oxygen carrying part of red blood cells. It gives these blood cells there red colour. Anaemia is a deficiency of haemoglobin in the blood due to lack of red blood cells/their haemoglobin content.
Anaemia, one of the more common blood disorders occurs when the level of healthy red blood cells in the body becomes too low. This can lead to health problems because red blood cells contain haemoglobin, which carries oxygen to the body's tissues.
Anaemia can be caused by many things, but the three bodily mechanism that produce it are: excess destruction of red blood cells, blood loss and inadequate production of red blood cells. Anaemia can result from inherited disorders, nutritional problems (such as an iron or vitamin deficiency), infections, some kinds of cancer, or exposure to a drug or toxin. Iron might be too low because of heavy periods, pregnancy ulcers, colon polyps, colon cancer, inherited disorder or a diet that does not have enough iron. It may also rise as a result of not getting enough folic acid or vitamin B12.
Anti-anaemic potential of aqueous leaf extract of macuna pruriens was studied using wister albino rats. Nine rats were used for this research; three of those rats were placed on raw extract, heated treated extract while the remaining three rats were used as control. This was done for 3 weeks and there blood were collected for haemoglobin analysis. The results show that there were significant increase in haemoglobin, packed cell volume level of the rats. This is suggestive that aqueous leaf extract of macuna pruriens may be implored in the treatment of anaemia.
In conclusion, it was shown that macuna pruriens extract serves as a remedy to anaemia, and it development of red blood cells in the body. Which could be prepared by collecting the fresh leave extract of macuna pruriens from the farm manually, the leaves are washed with clean waters and the squeeze to remove the liquid content of the leaves. This liquid extract is then boiled for about five minutes and is taken orally as blood tonic to boost blood production as well as improve testosterone in men.
